Social Media Content Creator
ABOUT YOU;
We love dedicated video and design creators, disruptive artists, and illustrators, obsessive meme makers, and we don’t care if you’re fresh to agency land or working on your third act.
What’s your hustle? DJ? Sports nut? Fashionista? Vlogger? Are you Insta obsessed? An addicted Tik Tokker? Or both? We’re here for all of it… Just as long as every day you love coming up with insightful and relevant content ideas and have the skills to make them.
We’re looking for a driven and people orientated Creator, who isn’t afraid to move fast and break things. There’s no great innovation without risk.

THE SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR;
- Uses and creates on multiple social media platforms, every day for a variety of businesses and brands.
- Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media copywriting.
- Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Is proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite apps and eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways to make social-first content: Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing (Instagram story creation, TikTok editing etc.)
- Listens to our clients and develops strong working relationships built on mutual respect and a desire to find solutions.
- Engages with followers on client accounts on a daily basis.
- Monitors direct messages and social media tags.
- Communicates customer concerns and needs to appropriate departments.
- Is a resource to the remainder of the team for developing content production solutions and strategies.
- Is a diplomat and able to deal with all personality types and agendas to achieve a positive outcome.
- Is of the understanding that there is absolutely no ‘i’ in team.
- Is a creative problem solver, not a roadblock.
- Bonus: Understands the impact that a single piece of content can have on an overall business strategy.
REQUIRED SKILLS;
- 3-5 years experience in content production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organising and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision, and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders within the company.
- Proficient in one or more of the Adobe Creative Suite apps.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS;
- Personal computer
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT;
Creators will be hired on a temporary to permanent basis with the temporary role to extend no longer than 3 months. As a temporary contractor, this will be an hourly paid position and will not initially be eligible for benefits.

THE PROJECT MANAGER;
- Eats, breathes, and sleeps today’s digital & mobile consumer, with one goal in mind to develop brand-specific strategies that, ultimately, help them sell their products and/or services!
- Understands comprehensive clients’ business and category, with the ability to translate business problems into digital strategies and solutions.
- Works with clients, platform reps, and partner agencies to coordinate inter-agency planning processes for the creation of complete integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with all department leads.
- Well versed in common marketing & media principles with a strong understanding of the social media platforms and their ecosystems.
- Embodies practitioner-level knowledge of marketing (online and off), with a specialty in online multimedia.
- Understanding of social media specs/platform capabilities.
- Ensures the needs of clients are being met and strives to identify and resolve potential obstacles or performance issues before they arise.
- Establishes, builds and manage new and existing relationships with major brands and businesses to ensure they adopt as many of TTS’s services as possible.
- Understands common marketing & media principles with a deep knowledge of the social media platforms and their ecosystems.
- Shares best practices across the team to help educate others.
- Leads the day-to-day delivery of specific project/campaign objectives.
- Executes comprehensive understanding of their clients’ business, with the ability to translate business problems into digital strategies and solutions.
- Ensures client relationship health is closely tracked and communicated to leadership on a regular basis.
- Is a diplomat and able to deal with all personality types and agendas to achieve a positive outcome.
- Is of the understanding that there is absolutely no ‘i’ in team.

- Startup experience is a plus, but if you fit the qualities listed you’ll understand what we need.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Strong copywriting skills
- Design experience with one of more of the Adobe Creative Suite apps.
